Mt. Diablo Center
provides quality, structured day recreation and therapy services
for the frail elderly, disabled adults, and adults with Alzheimer's
and related dementia. Our programs include: Alzheimer's Day Care,
Adult Day Health Care and Social Day Services. We also serve family
members and other caregivers through support
groups, educational seminars and referral services.
We serve the communities
of central Contra Costa County, and beyond, for those with special
language needs or mid to late stage dementia.
