Social Day Care and Adult Day Health Care are designed for the frail elderly and adults with disabilities who may need assistance in caring for themselves, yet want to retain some of their independence, and continue living an active and social life.

We provide support, education and referrals to caregivers and family members who may be dealing with the complex issues surrounding Alzheimer's disease or a frail elder.

Multilingual Programs for Families with Elder Support Needs

We serve culturally diverse populations through Adult Day Health Care Programs in four languages: English, Russian, Farsi, and Spanish.

Employment Services for Young Adults with Learning and Other Disabilities
Our Transitional Partnership Program provides training and job placement services to young adults with special needs through partnering with local community organizations.

Employment Services for Adults with Disabilities and Special Needs
We provide assistance to adults in defining career objectives given their interests, skills, and abilities, and work with them to achieve their goals through training and job placement services.

Computer and Office Skills Training
We offer professional development to job seekers interested in computer related office occupations.

Transitional Employment Program
We offer individuals an opportunity to get first hand experience in the demands of competitive employment, and can provide assistance in identifying and overcoming potential barriers to employment.
